Terms & Conditions – 16VIP Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing 16VIP at 16vip.vu, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

Each person may hold only one 16VIP account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or using a different device — is a violation of these terms. Any duplicate accounts found will be closed, and balances may be forfeited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal, 16VIP requires identity verification. You will be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID — this can be your PhilSys national ID, passport, or driver's licence. Proof of your registered payment method may also be requested. KYC is a one-time process and protects your account from unauthorised withdrawals.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 16VIP uses OTP verification and SSL encryption to protect your account, but your cooperation in keeping your credentials private is equally important.

Withdrawals

Funds are released only to your verified payment method — the same GCash number, Maya account, or bank account registered under your verified name. 16VIP does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Currency and Exchange

Since all transactions are in PHP, there are no currency conversion fees applied by 16VIP. Your wallet balance is always shown in Philippine Peso. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside 16VIP's control and are your responsibility.

5. Gameplay and Betting Rules

10. Suspension and Account Closure

16VIP reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where a breach of these Terms and Conditions is suspected or confirmed. We may also suspend an account temporarily during an ongoing investigation without prior notice.

If your account is suspended for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, for routine verification — we will notify you via your registered email and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Verified balances that are not associated with any prohibited activity will be returned on account closure.

You may also choose to close your own account at any time by contacting support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please let support know so the correct self-exclusion tools can be applied and your account is flagged appropriately.

11. Limitation of Liability
